Item entry app for Android Released
A free item entry app for the Android platform has been released. This is a much scaled down version of the more robust item entry app you can find on the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch platform. This is a great app for stores who have allows their consignors to enter items directly into their database using the Liberty Mobile Server License.
Xavier Rafeal is our 7th dedicated support person to join the Resaleworld staff. Xavier brings a great deal of technical experience and patience to our department. He has a daunting task ahead as he learns the ins and outs of the best consignment software program in the industry - Liberty4 Consignment. This brings the total staff of Resaleworld up to 19. NARTS training in St. Louis
Registration for the St. Louis training class is open. It is available to anyone wishing to attend regardless of whether they are attending the NARTS conference. Last years' class was full and this year we are again limited to only 40 seats.

iHeartResale now open for Business
I Heart Resale is a directory of over 10,000
consignment, resale and thrift stores around the country. We wanted to
create a definitive directory of all the resale stores in the US so
that mobile phone users can find stores quickly and easily when they
travel around the country.
Make sure you get your store information updated on the
IHeartResale website (www.iheartresale.com).
You'll
be able to upload a picture, enter your store hours, enter a
brief description about your store and indicate which type of products
you have.
iPhone users will be able to download the iHeartResale app from the
iTunes app store for free. They will be able to find local stores while
they are traveling, helping you bring in more customers who don't know
about you.
Users will also be able to get directions to your store,
check their consignor balances (if they have an account with your
store), browse any new items you may have just added to your store (if
you are using recommerce) and a few other things.

X-Charge Customers - Important Information!!!
Camcommerce (providers of the X-Charge credit card processing system) sent us an important announcement. The X-Charge software MUST be updated by September 1st, 2009.
They are notifyinf each of their customers directly, but we want to make sure we notify our customers as well. To update X-Charge, launch the X-Charge program and click Help > Check for Update...
We've started a thread for this on our Message Board under Software > X-Charge.
If you have any questions, X-Charge has asked that you contact them directly.

3.5c has been published for both Liberty4 Consignment AND Liberty4 Trading Assistants users! This is a BIG release for both L4C and L4TA users. 3.5c is compliant with eBay's new "Return Policy" specification.

3.5c Is Almost Here!!!
3.5b resolved a lot of otustanding Reports Module issues from the new interface introduced in 3.5a. 3.5b was a massive success, but with all new things come unpexpected issues. 3.5c will resolve 2 new issues that came up with 3.5b:
- Finished Layaways completing as "Finished" sales rather than "Finished Layaway" sales.
- RWXLauncher "unable to resolve host" on client PCs
We're looking to release this today, so hang in there those of you who are experiencing the Finished Layaway issue. We're also squeezing in a fix for an old issue - "This Week" and "Last Week" Criteria options reporting 8 day weeks vs. 7 days.
