2507
 There is now an Application Security Level for "Transaction History." This will
prevent users that do not have a high enough security level from
viewing/modifying anything on the Transactions tab within an account.
3201 The Setup Wizard will now allow you to add all three levels for Markdowns.
4024 If the Store Section is left blank, L4TA will allow you to print the tag when
using the "Drop-Off" Tag Style.
4056 The "focus" for tab #1 - Account is now there without having to click on/select
the tab twice. This facilitates keyboard navigation through the account.
4130 If you delete an Unpaid Order (due to a non-paying bidder), the item will now
appear on the Not Ready tab in Web Items for you to list again, if so desired.
4183 Spelling mistakes under Help > About have been fixed for "Warning: This computer
software is protected by copyright law and international treaties" and " (Store
name as it will appear on Price Tags).
4373 Tax Codes now support up to 4 places past the decimal point - i.e., 7.1234%.
4461 The "Attributes" button in Web Items > Auction Info. now reads "Item Specifics."
4581 We have added the ability to use "Oversize 3" shipping as well as these package
types - Roll, Euro Pallet, One Way Pallet, Bulky Goods and Furniture.
4587 We have added a Merge Field in Event Manager for "Starting Bid." This is only
available for emails that are specific to "Item Web Status Change" events and not
"Order Status Change" events.
4599 When adding items in a Retail Vendor account, the Category no longer "jumps."
 
4620 The "Value" is now showing on the Inventory > Item Status Summary report.
4638 If you create a new Tax Code, it is now available for use on new items without
having to close out of Liberty completely.
4648 You can now modify the G/L Account names for Cash and Check Payment Types without
seeing a "List Index out of Bounds" error.
4656 The Post Items "On or Before" date filters are now including items received "On."
4666 If you attempt to use a Payout # that was already used and deleted, you will now
see a prompt asking if you would like to re-use this Payout #.
4667 Categories can now be deleted in the Category Editor.
4673 The POS now reflects the Pay Delay when a client account is selected in POS.
4679 The Account Productivity Report is now looking at the "Disposition" field as
opposed to the "Status." Up until now, it has been looking at the wrong field in
the database and thus no data was being returned.
4681 You can now "Copy Items" within a new account that just had items entered into
Inventory.
4689 In 2.5a, if you clicked the "X" to close the "Change Due" prompt in POS, it
wouldn't remove/clean-up the item(s) that were just sold in POS. When you would
try to close POS you would be asked if you would like to "cancel the current sale
." This has been resolved in the 2.5b release.
4701 For the "Pricing Guide" used during Item Entry, if you enter a description for
your Pricing Guide such as "Brand Name" it will now only show in the
"Description" for the Pricing Guide. Prior to this release, the word "Name"
would show in the "Price" field. Although it still worked properly, cosmetically
it looked as though things weren't saving properly.
4710 We have fixed some of the missing keyboard shortcuts in POS. Shortcuts such as
F11 for Layaway Lookup, F12 for Suspended Sale Lookup, etc. are now working
properly.
4712 You can now re-print a receipt for Layaways in POS if you had previously answered
"No" to the "Would you like to print a receipt?" prompt.
4717 We have re-worked the Tools > Ecommerce Options > Accounts tab. You will notice
a new look here - a "grid" layout versus drop-down menus. We found that it
appeared as though accounts that were entered in here seemed to be "missing" when
you went back to view them.
4718 We have added the ability to delete Auction Accounts that are no longer used.
4719 On an Order in Order Manager, if you select "Taxable" the taxable amount will
refresh on-the-fly, without having to close out of the Order completely.
4720 Any custom tabs or "Order Statuses" that were created in Order Manager can now be
deleted.
4724 Under Tools > Ecommerce Options > General, if you modify the "Number of Images to
load" the "Apply" button will now activate. Even though this value was saved
when you clicked "Ok," if you didn't want this to apply or made a mistake, you
would have to edit this field again.
4727 On the Inventory tab within an account, if you right-click any item there is a
"Filter List" option. We have had this feature in there for a while. Once you
filtered the list, you can then right-click > Printer > With or Without
Descriptions. We have also had this in there for a while. What we added though
was the ability to selectively print - i.e., item #s from/through as well as date
received from/through or "only items received today." Prior to this release,
once you filtered the list, you had to print every single item - you couldn't
just print the few items you need.
4755 We have added two new Tag Styles - 2844 -Dual (Combined) w/Desc and 2824 -Dual
(Combined) w/Desc. These have a much larger "Price" and Description.
4758 As of June 1, 2006, eBay will no longer support the legacy XML schema. Any 3rd party software used to connect to eBay must be compliant with the new unified XML schema. Liberty4 2.5b uses SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) to be in compliance with this migration which will provide a much richer feature set in the long run.
