The Liberty4 Mobile Access License is required in order to use the Apple iPad application. This network license allows users to connect to their Liberty software through their Apple iPad. You can have unlimited iPads connected to Liberty through this license.

If you have multiple Apple devices which are running the Item Entry App, you will need to purchase the App in the Apple iTunes store for each device. You will only need ONE Liberty Mobile Server License for each Liberty database you are accessing.
*Your support contract price will increase with the additional user license for the mobile server in accordance with our normal support policies.
In order to use Website Payments Pro from Paypal as a payment method in your store, you must have your own static IP address and valid SSL certificate. Resaleworld will purchase the certificate on your behalf, install it and define a static IP address for your website. This is a yearly charge and you will be billed through your reCommerce billing system annually along with your other reCommerce hosting charges.
Online Training is a great way to obtain targeted training PLUS save a little bit of money! Not everyone can fly down to Orlando, FL for 2 days and not everyone needs a 2-day training course. If you've already been using Liberty for years, but you just want to get some "tips and tricks" or specialized training, then Online training may work for you!
Online training costs $29 per session and is limited to 6 connections. You can have as many people in one of those connections. You are able to ask questions through chat mode only.
In order to attend an online training session, you must have WebEx installed on your computer. Please make sure you can connect to the WebEx Test Meeting by visiting their demo website. Please do this well in advance of the scheduled training time so you do not encounter any problems. Also, make sure to register for our classes at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the each class.WebEx Test Meeting Website.
Once you register for a training session, you will be sent an invitation via email with all relevant meeting information.
The Item Entry App can be setup to work both internally and externally. Included with your initial purchase of the Item Entry App, our support staff will schedule a time to assist you with setting up your mobile device to work internally (in-store only).
If you would like to have your router and/or network configured to allow external connections (anywhere outside your store where an internet connection can be established) - Have us schedule a time with you to remote into your server, configure your router, setup port forwarding and test any required connections to ensure that your mobile device will properly connect to your Liberty Server. Our team will make sure that your mobile device is properly setup to work both internally and externally.
