Does ShipBae cost anything?
There's no subscription or monthly platform fee. You pay for the labels you buy and any optional services you choose, such as shipping insurance. Carrier adjustments and card-processing fees may also apply.
How does billing work?
You pay as you go. Add money to your ShipBae wallet, and each label comes out of that balance when you buy it. You can add funds by ACH, wire, credit or debit card, or PayPal. Card top-ups have a processing fee; ACH and wire transfers avoid that fee. You can also turn on auto-fund to top up from a saved card when your balance runs low.
Who do I contact for help?
ShipBae can help with labels, carriers, wallet funding, billing, voids, refunds, and claims for lost or damaged packages. Its Help Center has guides for setup, store connections and adding funds. You can also email support@goricompany.com. Contact Resaleworld if you need your signup link again.
Which carriers can I use?
ShipBae offers USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL eCommerce, OnTrac, UniUni, Gofo and Amazon. Your account includes discounted commercial rates, so you can compare the available services for your package before buying a label.
Does ShipBae connect to Liberty?
Not at this time. ShipBae is a separate account, so orders and labels don't sync with Liberty. You'll enter shipments in ShipBae or bring in orders from eBay, Shopify or WooCommerce.
Do I need Liberty Cloud?
No. You don't need Liberty Cloud to use ShipBae.
I already buy labels through eBay. Why switch?
You don't have to. Compare the ShipBae rate with your eBay rate on your next few packages and use whichever is lower.
Will every package cost less?
No. Rates depend on carrier, service, size, weight and destination. You see the price before you buy.
