Russell
General Manager
At Resaleworld since 2010Russell has been part of the Resaleworld team since February 2010. He was first introduced to the world of resale as a child, when his grandparents opened a small consignment store. After studying Computer Science at Duke University and the University of Central Florida, Russell began a career centered around information technologies. Specializing in database management, powershell scripting, and report engines, Russell found a home with Resaleworld’s development team. He spent many years as Product Manager, overseeing the development of the Liberty Software and serving as the System Administrator for Liberty Cloud. In early 2024, Russell was made the General Manager of Resaleworld. Russell has spent most of his life in Central Florida. When not working, he enjoys traveling, observing rocket launches and playing board games with his wife and children.
Dianne
Accountant
At Resaleworld since 2022Dianne joined the Resaleworld family in 2022 and has called Orlando home since 1998. She received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in South Africa. Following her desire to be the voice for those who don’t have one, she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) majoring in Criminal Justice, graduating with honors in 2004. She was inducted into the International Honor Society Delta Epsilon Tau of the Chapter of the College of Professional Studies that same year. Dianne is married and has a son and two grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, interior design and loves traveling. She hopes to visit the Great Wall of China and the Taj Mahal in the not-too-distant future.

Jonathan
Support Manager / Tier 3
At Resaleworld since 2010Jonathan has been with us since 2010. Jonathan started at Resaleworld as a hardware specialist. He went on to become a senior support technician and is now the current support manager. He has a degree in Computer Information Technology specializing in Microsoft operating systems along with several other technical certifications. For hobbies he enjoys modifying computers, going to the movie theaters and tinkering with electronics.
Alex
Sr. Support Technician / Tier 2 / Trainer
At Resaleworld since 2009Alex has been with Resaleworld for over ten years. He has achieved certifications from CompTIA in A+, and Network+, along with being certified from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Alex has sixteen years of I.T. experience. Alex is married and stays very busy away from work with his multiple hobbies including scuba diving, traveling, cooking, and coaching his son’s athletic teams. Alex is also a avid drone videographer and hopes to one day have his own production business.
Billy
Assistant Support Manager
At Resaleworld since 2013Billy has worked in technical support since 2000 with various cable companies. His vast experience and knowledge in working with complex networks add an important piece to our support staff.
Robert
Support Technician / Tier 2
At Resaleworld since 2022RJ joined us at the beginning of 2022. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology in 2021. He enjoys learning all about computers and networking. In his free time, he likes to scuba dive, plays the Euphonium, and run.
Mitchell
Support Technician / Tier 3
At Resaleworld since 2023Mitchell joined Resaleworld in 2023. He has lived in Orlando for almost his entire life and has over a decade of experience in technical support and training. He spends most of his free time with his wife, dog, and two cats but also fits in time for tennis, boardgames, and table-top RPGs.
Christopher
Support Technician / Tier 2
At Resaleworld since 2022Christopher has been with ResaleWorld since 2022. He has been working in IT for over 10 years, working with companies such as Apple along with multiple colleges. He enjoys both playing and running games with friends and family in his free time.
Michelle
Support Technician / Tier 2
At Resaleworld since 2024Michelle has been a Florida Resident since 2018. She has over 2 years of experience as a Desktop Technician at Orlando Health migrating newly acquired clinics and hospitals to the new EHR system EPIC, and replacing old hardware with OH standard equipment. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Technology at Seminole State College and has been issued a Computer Programming Specialist Certificate with Summa Cum Laude honors in December 2023. Her favorite hobbies are reading books, playing strategy games, and learning new things.

Tech Support Lead
At Resaleworld since 2025Jennifer is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Information Technology. She joined the Resaleworld team in February 2025 and is eager to kick-start her IT career. Passionate about technology and problem-solving, she is excited to expand their skills and grow within the industry. With a strong foundation in IT and a drive to learn, Jennifer looks forward to making meaningful contributions and gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Hector
Support Technician / Tier 1
At Resaleworld since 2025He is Hispanic, with roots from his Dominican parents and was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Has lived in Orlando Florida since August 2015.He has 10+ years of Bilingual Customer Service experience, Spanish and English, has been an Interpreter, and has preparation in Computer Repair, Web Installation, Information Systems from Puerto Rico’s Metropolitan University and Cybersecurity from UCF. Passionate about Networking, firm believer that “teamwork makes the dream work.” and among favorite conversation topics anything: spiritual, positive and food related. Loves paradoxes, metaphors, stating random facts, deep quotes and conversations from books, movies or songs. Loves his Bible, family, guitar and computer.

Support Technician / Tier 1
At Resaleworld since 2026Mae graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2025 with a degree in Information Systems. After that, she made the move to Florida and Resaleworld in April 2026. With hands-on experience in University IT and certifications, Mae is eager to continue her career at Resaleworld and learn something new every day. Outside of work, she enjoys experiencing nature, exploring fiction, and following motorsports.

Sean
Sr. Programmer
At Resaleworld since 1994Sean started with the company in the mid 90’s doing telephone support. Between phone calls, he taught himself how to develop software. Now serving mostly as the Senior Programmer, he is also responsible for the company’s internal IT. Prior to joining the company, Sean worked as a manager in a children’s’ consignment shop. In his free time, he enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Jason
Programmer / Full Stack Developer
At Resaleworld since 2009Jason has been with Resaleworld since April of 2009. He is originally from the suburbs of Chicago, moving to Orlando the summer of 2005. Jason has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University, however, his niche has been programming. He is a skilled programmer with a background in PHP and web development. Since starting here, he has also learned Objective C and written a few iPhone and iPad applications. He is single with no children, however, has one cat.

Systems and Security Engineer
At Resaleworld since 2018Eric has worked in IT since running his school’s computer lab in high school and has IT experience around the country. He currently has several certifications from ISC2, Cisco, Microsoft, and others. In his free time he enjoys being involved with a local makerspace; volunteering, creating, and learning.
Kent
Principal Engineer
At Resaleworld since 2026Kent started his career in the early 90's creating inventory software for the retail space and moved into security development in the early 2000's. Joining the company in June 2026, Kent serves as a Principal Engineer. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, holds a 1st degree black belt in Kenpo Karate, and is an avid PC gamer.

Mahashwar
Software Trainer
At Resaleworld since 2004Mahashwar began his journey with Resaleworld in the Technical Support Department in 2004. Nearly a decade later, he transitioned into the Website Development Department. Today, as Lead Trainer, Mahashwar continues to deliver exceptional service and expertise to the Resaleworld family of customers. A devoted father to three young adults, Mahashwar is also a passionate movie enthusiast and enjoys the culinary experience, preferably eating over cooking.
Angel
Customer Growth & Retention Manager
At Resaleworld since 2008Since joining Resaleworld in 2008, Angel has served as a pivotal force across web development, technical support, and digital strategy. Now as Customer Growth & Retention Manager, he leverages his deep technical expertise and creative passion to optimize customer experiences, execute data-driven marketing initiatives, and drive long-term client loyalty. Angel holds a degree in Network Technology along with multiple IT certifications, blending a strong technical foundation with a strategic approach to brand growth and retention. Outside of work, Angel is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, classic literature, and mystery novels.

Matthew
Sales Lead & Integration Services Consultant
At Resaleworld since 2016Matthew joined Resaleworld in February of 2016 to work with our Merchants on our reCommerce integrations, and our Resale Rewards program. He studied Business at the University of Florida, relocated to California, and built a Sales and Operations career in Retail Store Management working in the world of luxury retailers in Los Angeles. Matthew is back in Florida now to live closer to his family, and expand his knowledge in the technology industry. He has also dedicated himself to being a Dog Dad since 2007, first with his 2 Labrador litter sisters – Sydney and Gracie, and now with his boy Conrad who comes to work everyday as a valued Resaleworld ‘office dog’.

At Resaleworld since 2002Renee has been in sales for over 23 years and enjoys every minute she works for Resaleworld -seriously. Her unique style and attention to detail makes her a valuable addition and is considered a fixture in our company. She enjoys traveling, architecture, history, cooking and loves animals, love to make people laugh and enjoys being with her friends.

At Resaleworld since 2023Aloha! Kris joined our Sales team in 2023. She received her B.S. in Business Administration for the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her husband just retired from the Army, and they have spent most of the past 10 years in Hawaii, before settling here in Florida in 2018. She loves spending time with her family at the beach, going out to dinner, and at Disney.

Client Relations Supervisor
At Resaleworld since 2023Jenee was born and raised in the United States Virgin Islands, specifically Saint Croix. She moved to Florida in 2006. She met her husband and started a family. She started working at Resaleworld in 2023. Jenee has a background in customer service. She loves to sing, read, and trips to the beach, preferably Anna Maria Island.

Nelson
Logistics Specialist
At Resaleworld since 2005Nelson has been connected with Resaleworld on and off since 2005. He is a combat veteran of Desert Storm where he served with the 3rd Armored Cavalry. Nelson served in the US Army for a decade. After the military, he went on to receive multiple degrees in IT, Business, Biblical Studies, Comparative Religion and was also a Nationally Licensed EMT. Nelson spent years working in youth and young adult ministry. He assisted in church plants throughout Florida. He enjoys the beach, fishing and the arts. He is an artist specializing in leatherwork and custom leather armor. His work has been sold in theme parks in the Central Florida area, as well as, being worn at conventions throughout the country.
Conrad
The Office Dog
At Resaleworld since 2021Conrad joined Resaleworld in November of 2021. Although his background is unknown, he has stepped up to the plate to try and learn everything he can about being an ‘office dog’. His favorite task is to let us know when the UPS man arrives, and promptly goes to the dock to help out. He loves going on walks, playing Frisbee in the warehouse, and will gladly allow anyone to provide as many belly rubs as possible. He has an obsession with the birds and ducks over in the pond, and happy to alert us if anything seems unusual. Conrad brings a great deal to the team with his furry talents.
