Meet our staff

Angel has been providing software support to our customers since 2008. With over ten years experience in computer help desk and on-site support, he continues to strive at offering the best service possible. Angel also teaches classes at our facility to newcomers and veterans on how to best utilize Liberty and our related products. Angel has a degree in Network Technology and has achieved certifications from CompTIA in A+, Network+ and I-Net+. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. Angel is married with two daughters.

Mahashwar has been a member of the Resaleworld Support Team for over five years and has fielded over 20,000 support calls. His unique style of support and excellent trouble shooting skills make him a perfect fit for our diverse Support Department. Mahashwar heads up all the in-house trainings, and has helped with the various Resaleworld websites. He is a devoted husband and loving father to his three teenaged children. He is an avid movie fan and loves to eat more than cook.

Alex has been with Resaleworld for three years. He has achieved certifications from CompTIA in A+, and Network+, along with being certified from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and is near completion of the Microsoft Certified System Administrator program. Alex has eight years of I.T. experience. Alex is married and stays very busy away from work. He has many hobbies including scuba diving, traveling, cooking,and is president of his local muscle car club. Alex enjoys spending time with his family and donates time to his church and local charity.

Jonathan has been with us since 2010. He handles all hardware testing excluding Liberators. Chances are if you have needed help setting up your printers, an iPad or any other hardware device, you have spoken to him over the phone. He has A+ Certification and a degree in Computer Information Technology specializing in Microsoft operating systems. Jonathan also has several years of experience with on-site computer troubleshooting and repair. For hobbies, he enjoys tinkering with electronics, modifying computer systems and playing guitar.

Russell joined the Resaleworld team in February 2010. He majored in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida and has over ten years experience in the Information Technology field. As a member of the Support Department, he has focused primarily on Crystal Reports (Liberty’s reporting system) and on the Microsoft SQL Database engine (installation, maintenance, database queries, and data repair). Russell has lived in Central Florida for most of his life. His favorite pastimes are reading, poker, and online gaming. He is A+ certified, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Kris grew up in Tallahassee and came to Orlando to attend college. After graduating from U.C.F with a degree in Digital Media and a minor in Chemistry he spent several years trouble-shooting computers and has been working in the tech support field for over 3 years. Kris spends his free time playing organized softball, golf, guitar and spending time with friends. He enjoys watching football, follows UCF, FSU and the Tampa Bay Bucs and is currently single!

Xavier has been a member of the Resaleworld Support Team since 2012 and has a diverse background from being an IT administrator to being an office manager at a sleep diagnostic clinic. He has a degree in computer science and minored in data mining websites. He also runs a small website business on the side. Xavier brings a lot of automation scripting knowledge to Resaleworld and is a asset to our workflow. Xavier enjoys traveling to far off exotic locations; he has been to the majority of Europe and some parts of Asia.

Alaina has been in sales with Resaleworld since February of 2010. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton where she grew up. In addition to working at Resaleworld, she also recently started a humor based website which has been gaining popularity. She enjoys running, working out, spending time with friends and dancing. She also spent two years dancing for the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Pioneers, an arena football team. Her unique background and experience make her an integral part of the Resaleworld family, where she thoroughly enjoys helping stores streamline their business.

Renee has been in sales for 9+ years and enjoys every minute she works for Resaleworld -seriously. Her unique style and attention to detail makes her a valuable addition and is considered a fixture in our company. She enjoys traveling, architecture, history, cooking and loves animals, love to make people laugh and enjoys being with her friends.
 

Linda, our sales manager, has been with Resaleworld since 1994 when she became our second employee. Linda worked in the mortgage industry for years before settling down with Resaleworld. You can catch Linda travelling to Europe, sailing on cruises, enjoying the outdoors and working out. She loves animals, has been married for over 17 years and is looking forward to retiring in Italy or some other exotic location very soon!

Jennifer comes to us with many years in business managment under her hat. She has over 10 years in Commercial Lines Underwriting and Auditing. Jennifer also ran a succesfull online eBay jewelry business in the past before moving on to other management fields. She is an avid lover of saltwater fishing and adores time with her family which includes 2 children and 3 furry canine kids as well. Chances are you will talk to her when ordering hardware or licenses for the Liberty program.

Sean started with the company in the mid 90's doing telephone support. Between phone calls, he taught himself how to develop software. Now serving mostly as the Senior Programmer, he is also responsible for the company's internal IT. Prior to joining the company, Sean worked as a manager in a childrens' consignment shop. In his free time, he enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and daughter.
 

Jason has been with Resaleworld since April of 2009. He is originally from the suburbs of Chicago, moving to Orlando the summer of 2005. Jason has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University, however his niche has been programming. He is a skilled programmer with a background in PHP and web development. Since starting here, he has also learned Objective C and written a few iPhone and iPad applications. He is single with no children, however has one kitten.

Nelson is a veteran of the US Army, after having served for 10 years. He is a Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Storm, and other missions around the world. He has been in the IT industry for over a decade. He and his wife are licensed Pastors and serve as the Pastors of Christian Education in a local Central Florida church. He has been part of the Resaleworld Family over 4 yrs, and after being gone for 2 yrs on a missions trip, and has returned as Customer Service Manager .

Jennifer has been with Resaleworld since 2010. Born and raised in Orlando, FL, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rollins College and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from UCF. She also does academic and French tutoring on the side for local highschools. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and is an avid sports fan...Go Red Sox!

Sarah is a native Floridian and was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area.  She owned and operated a Ballet studio for over 20 years. Last year Sarah met and married the love of her life and sold her business to move to the Orlando area where her husband is employed.  She has two grown daughters, Kiersten and Shannon, and three step children, Jackie, Joe, and Lillie.  Sarah loves ballet, crossword puzzles, and Disney.

Peter has been our accountant for the past nine and a half years. His hobbies and past times include running (he owns and publishes a statewide running & triathlon magazine for Florida), collector of red wines, and enjoys a good game of chess or poker on occassion. He lives with the greatest woman in the world and can be seen frolicking on the beaches of Jamaica quite often.
 

Ed is President of Resaleworld, a company he started over 20 years ago. He has been in the computer software business almost his entire life. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL after he moved down from the frosty northeast part of the country when he desperately aspired to be a pro golfer. He enjoys traveling around the world, can be found on the golf course from time to time and enjoys his time with friends. Ed is married and has a daughter who recently graduated from ASU.
