Get the full LibertyREACT training experience – whether you join us online or in person at our Orlando headquarters. This expert-led Masterclass is designed to help new users, store owners, and staff build real confidence using LibertyREACT from the ground up.

Over the course of three focused days, you’ll be guided through system setup, inventory management, point-of-sale, account features, reporting, mobile apps, payouts, and more – with live demonstrations, real-time walkthroughs, and dedicated Q&A sessions throughout.

Training sessions are typically held quarterly, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET, and include a one-hour lunch break plus short refreshers throughout the day.

What You’ll Learn in the Liberty Master Class

This 3-day, in-person training focuses on real workflows used every day in resale stores. Instead of just covering features or setup steps, the Master Class shows how Liberty works as a complete system — from bringing inventory in, to selling, tracking, and financial reporting.

Day 1 – Foundations & Inventory Intake

  • How items enter and flow through the system
  • Intake workflows for consigned, purchased, and store-owned inventory
  • Pricing strategies and how pricing affects reporting and profitability
  • Tag creation and labeling best practices
  • How to avoid common intake errors

Day 2 – Selling & Daily Store Operations

  • Navigating the Liberty POS interface and sales workflows
  • Discounts, overrides, and special payment types
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and suspended sales
  • Customer and account workflows that improve accuracy
  • Daily procedures and operational best practices

Day 3 – Accounting, Payouts & Reporting

  • How payouts are calculated and processed
  • Reconciling financial activity
  • Interpreting key reports for inventory, sales, and financial health
  • Advanced system tools such as inventory reconciliation and export reporting
  • Best practices for ongoing data accuracy and performance
